Dear Customer,
RY Forest will never request any financial account or credit card information from you via SMS or phone calls for any reason. We also will not ask you to visit a bank branch or operate an ATM through such means.
If you receive such calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not trust unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact RY Forest immediately or call the National Police Agency’s Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for verification.
If you receive calls displaying prefixes such as "+", "+2", or "+886", please be extra cautious. Scammers may alter phone numbers or impersonate specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Additionally, do not click on unknown links or accept unfamiliar LINE friend invitations or messages.
Common fraud tactics include claiming "duplicate orders" or "incorrect installment payments" to gain your trust, then asking you to perform online banking or ATM transactions. If you have any concerns regarding bank transactions, please contact your bank directly. If a caller asks you to operate your account or provide personal information, refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
We also encourage you to regularly update your passwords, strengthen password security (using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and avoid entering account credentials on public computers to enhance your information security.
RY Forest wishes you all the best!
